Industry can obtain funds easily by offering shares to the public through the capital market. This condition will directly influence activities in the capital market, which in turn influences the amount of demand and supply on the stock exchange and has an impact on share price fluctuations. Low share prices can motivate investors to buy more shares. The average share price in the mining subsector from 2020 to 2021 experienced a significant increase, from 2022 to 2023 there was a significant decrease due to negative sentiment for the coal subsector, where Indonesia's largest coal consumer, one of which is China, reduced demand for Coal exports and Europe reduce demand for coal. The aim of this research is to find out and analyze the influence of the Debt to Equity Ratio on stock prices, to find out Earning Per Share on stock prices, and to find out jointly the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio and Earnings Per Share to share price. The population in this study are coal mining sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. This research uses a quantitative approach with sample determination, namely purposive sampling and obtained 10 companies as research samples over a 4 year period, namely 2020-2023, thus using 40 financial reports. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis with partial and simultaneous hypothesis testing using SPSS as data processing. This significant improvement indicates that Indonesia possesses considerable performance competitiveness potential. However, to maintain and further enhance its global competitiveness, it is crucial for the country to focus on the various factors influencing performance. Besides macroeconomic policies and national strategies, companies in Indonesia must develop the capability to effectively engage their employees, fostering a work environment that promotes productivity and growth. The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of job pressure and task complexity on performance, with a specific focus on the moderating role of resilience. This study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of Smart PLS software to analyze the data. The Hair method was used to determine the appropriate sample size, resulting in a study involving 162 respondents from various industries. The research findings reveal several key insights. Firstly, job pressure does not have a direct impact on performance. This suggests that simply increasing job pressure will not necessarily lead to better performance outcomes. On the other hand, task complexity has a direct and significant influence on performance, indicating that employees tend to perform better when engaged in more complex and challenging tasks. Furthermore, the study highlights the critical role of resilience as a moderating factor. Specifically, resilience capacity moderates the relationship between job pressure and performance, as well as the relationship between task complexity and performance. This means that employees with higher resilience are better able to cope with job pressure and handle complex tasks more effectively, ultimately leading to improved performance. The implications of these findings are clear: companies need to focus on enhancing job complexity and strengthening their employees' resilience capabilities if they aim to improve overall performance. By doing so, they can create a more dynamic and productive workforce capable of sustaining high performance levels even in the face of challenges and pressures. This approach not only benefits individual companies but also contributes to the broader goal of maintaining and enhancing Indonesia's global competitiveness.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Maxi Yehuda, Andre Manuel, Fransisca Imanuelhttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3112The Influence Of Product Quality, Brand Trust, And Customer Satisfaction On Customer Loyalty Of Bening’s Skincare Products In Batam2024-06-07T04:46:21+00:00Aurora Maulidina Nabilapb200910166@upbatam.ac.idTriana Ananda Rustamtriana@puterabatam.ac.id
The evolution of time and technology has ushered in a new era where societal needs have expanded beyond the basics of sustenance to include elements like appearance and beauty. Indonesia experienced a significant decline from the measurements carried out by GTCI in the Southeast Asia region. In 2020, Indonesia ranked 65th out of 132nd other countries, while in 2022 it decreased to 82nd out of 133rd countries. Indonesia also ranked as the 6th poorest country in Southeast Asia in 2023. To respond this issue, this study aims to enhance employee performance focused on private sector employees in the Jabodetabek area.. The population in this research were private employees who worked in the Jabodetabek area and the number of samples was determined using the Hair (2011) method with a total of 150 people. The sampling technique in this research is the convenience method with purposive sampling. This method is a sampling technique based on selecting respondents who are readily available or accessible to the researcher while still considering their relevance to the research objectives. This method is employed due to constraints in time and resources, prompting researchers to choose respondents who can be easily contacted or who possess characteristics that align with the research criteria. The study was carried out using questionnaires and a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 5. Statistical testing of the research data was assisted by Smart PLS software. The study evaluates person-job fit, person-organization fit, individual capacity, and their impact on employee performance. Data analysis was carried out using multiple regression techniques to test the relationship between the independent variables (person-job fit and person-organization fit), the moderator variable (individual capacity), and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of this research are that if there is an increase or decrease in PJ fit, PO fit and individual capacity it will influence employee performance, while individual capacity cannot moderate PJ-fit and PO-fit in influencing employee performance. These findings underscore the importance for companies to prioritize enhancing person-job fit, person-organization fit, and individual capacity to foster improved employee performance, thereby addressing the broader challenge of enhancing Indonesia's human resource quality and competitiveness on the global stage.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Cindy Yonuari, Deni Septiawan, Anes Marchelinehttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3117Mega Kuningan ID FOOD Cold Chain Blueprint2024-06-13T04:20:52+00:00Elan Pramudiansyahepramudiansyah@magister.ciputra.ac.id
ID FOOD cold chain blueprint to ensure operational success and product safety, so that companies can optimize the cold chain in the form of cold warehouse or cold storage infrastructure to meet market needs and ensure quality products reach customers safely in order to fulfill beef import infrastructure requirements Brazil from the National Food Agency, where the research was carried out through a case study exploration of the ID FOOD cold warehouse located on Jl. Bank Tabungan Negara Sukabumi Branch Office, as a housing solution for Low-Income Communities (MBR). With Indonesia's population reaching 278.7 million, and the minimum wage income in Sukabumi below Rp. 3,500,000, while house prices in Sukabumi range from 166-300 million, the need for affordable housing is increasingly urgent. Bank BTN, as a pioneer in mortgage lending since 1974, provides Housing Financing Liquidity Facility (FLPP) to support MBR. The research background shows an increase in Subsidized KPR distribution in Sukabumi, but also faces challenges such as obstacles in the credit application process and potential non-performing loans. This study aims to explain the Subsidized KPR provision process, the application of 7P principles in credit analysis, and the effectiveness of the Subsidized KPR provision process in preventing non-performing loans. Using qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of the Subsidized KPR provision process complies with established regulations, but there are challenges in educating new potential debtors. The 7P credit analysis principle is applied comprehensively to assess credit application eligibility. The Subsidized KPR provision process demonstrates effectiveness in preventing non-performing loans, although this credit risk cannot be completely eliminated, and the increase in NPL that occurred after the Covid-19 restructuring policy creates new challenges for the bank's financial health.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Siti Ambar Alya Hanifah, Tina Kartini, Risma Nurmilahhttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3211The Effect of Cash On Delivery, Free Shipping Promos on Customer Reviews with Purchase Decisions as an Intervening Variable on the Shopee Marketplace Site in the Tangerang City Area2024-08-07T10:40:48+00:00Alexanderalexander.alexander@ubd.ac.idYanti Pusp Riniyanti.pusparini@ubd.ac.idToni Yoyotoni.yoyo@ubd.ac.id
This study examines and analyzes the influence of cash on delivery, free shipping promos, on customer reviews with purchase decisions as an intervening variable. (Case: Marketplace "T" in Jakarta)2024-08-07T10:27:11+00:00Tommy Setiawan Ruslimtommyr@fe.untar.ac.id
The capabilities of the internet are highly beneficial for everyone who uses it. The e-commerce industry involves the buying and selling of products and services conducted online. In 2024, the e-commerce sector in Indonesia experienced the highest growth. Due to the increase in transactions, each e-commerce platform must maintain repurchases to survive and compete with its rivals. Security, perceived ease of use, and trust are crucial factors in determining repurchase intention. This study aims to examine the effect of security, perceived ease of use, and trust on the repurchase intention of online marketplace consumers of "T" in Jakarta. The population in this study consists of consumers who have shopped on the "T" marketplace in Jakarta. A purposive sampling technique was used to select respondents who are at least 18 years old, reside in Jakarta, and have purchased items at least twice on the "T" marketplace. After distributing questionnaires online, the data was processed using SmartPLS ver 3.2.9, the sample consisted of 338 respondents; however, only 304 respondents were assessed in this study. The research found that security and perceived ease of use have a positive and significant influence on the repurchase intention of "T" marketplace consumers in Jakarta, both directly and when mediated by trust.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Tommy Setiawan Ruslimhttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3217Analysis Of The Implementation Of The Internal Control System In Fixed Asset Management (Case Study On: University Of Muhammadiyah Sukabumi)2024-08-14T04:44:08+00:00Resti Heriyantirestiheriyanti22@gmail.comSulaemansulaeman1342@ummi.ac.id
Universities as higher education institutions play an important role in producing competent human resources. One of the key elements in supporting university operations is the availability of supporting facilities and infrastructure that are classified as fixed assets. Effective and efficient asset management is very important to ensure the success of the education process. However, based on observations at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi (UMMI), several problems were found in the management of fixed assets, such as lack of asset identification, storage of damaged assets, and lack of maintenance. This can be caused by a weak internal control system. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Implementation of the Internal Control System in Fixed Asset Management at the Muhammadiyah University of Sukabumi based on the COSO Internal Control components, namely, control environment, control activities, risk assessment, information and communication, and monitoring. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of fixed assets at UMMI which is applied based on the theory put forward by COSO has shown several strengths, such as a clear organizational structure with separation of duties and authorities, and the use of effective information systems. However, there are still some areas that need improvement, such as the lack of specific training for employee competency development and constraints in storing damaged goods and maintaining barcodes on old fixed assets. Nevertheless, UMMI has shown commitment in conducting risk assessments and periodic monitoring, including audits by the Internal Audit Unit (SPI). Overall, the fixed asset management system and internal control at UMMI have been running quite effectively, but there is still room for improvement to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of fixed asset management in the future.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Resti Heriyanti, Sulaemanhttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3218Analysis Of People's Business Credit (KUR) In Effectiveness Of Increasing Kur Distribution (Case Study Of The State Savings Bank (BTN) Kc Sukabumi)2024-08-14T04:45:00+00:00Zakiah Nur Latifah zakiahnurlatifahsmi@gmail.comzakiahnurlatifahsmi@gmail.comVenita Sofianivenitasofiani@ummi.ac.id
People's Business Credit (KUR) is a government program to help MSMEs access financing. However, the State Savings Bank (BTN) Sukabumi Branch Office faces challenges in achieving its distribution target, with significant fluctuations and decreases in the realization of KUR. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of KUR distribution, identify the factors that cause the non-achievement of the target, and formulate a strategy to increase the realization of KUR in BTN KC Sukabumi. The scope of the research includes KUR's business processes and distribution performance for the period January to May 2024. The research method used is qualitative descriptive, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation analysis. The results of the study show that the KUR distribution process has a structured procedure with credit analysis using the 5C and 7P methods. However, the realization of KUR distribution has decreased drastically, from 146% in January to only 0.6% in April. The main factors causing this are the tightening of distribution criteria and the limitations of service areas. To overcome these challenges, a comprehensive strategy is needed including intensification of local marketing, optimization of distribution networks, product innovation, strengthening partnerships, and utilization of technology. The implementation of this recommendation is expected to increase the effectiveness of KUR distribution and support the development of MSMEs in the Sukabumi area.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Zakiah Nur Latifah zakiahnurlatifahsmi@gmail.com, Venita Sofianihttps://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3219Effectiveness of Using Accounting Computer Applications in Accounting Learning2024-08-16T03:12:31+00:00Sedana Wibawasedanawibawa@pnb.ac.idNi Putu Rita Sintadeviritasintadevi@pnb.ac.idMade Ayu Jayanti Prita Utami prita.utami@pnb.ac.idUpayana Wiguna Eka Saputra upayanawiguna@pnb.ac.id
The development of information technology has brought significant changes in various aspects of life, including in the world of education and business. In the context of higher education, the use of accounting software such as Accurate has become an integral part of the modern accounting curriculum. This is in line with the demands of the world of work which increasingly relies on technology in daily accounting practices. According to a survey conducted by the Indonesian Accountants Association (IAI) in 2020, more than 80% of companies in Indonesia have adopted accounting software in their operations, with Accurate being one of the main choices of the Bali State Polytechnic, as one of the leading vocational education institutions in Indonesia, has integrated the use of Accurate in the Business Administration Department curriculum. This step was taken in response to industry needs and an effort to increase graduate competency in facing the digital era. However, although the use of Accurate has been implemented, there has been no comprehensive evaluation of its effectiveness in improving students' accounting understanding and skills. This research aims to measure the extent to which the use of Accurate contributes to increasing conceptual understanding, practical skills, and work readiness of students majoring in Business Administration. By involving 162 respondents and using quantitative methods, the collected questionnaire data was then processed using SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research indicate that theoretically, this research strengthens the argument about the importance of technology integration in accounting education while emphasizing the role of contextual factors such as teaching methods and infrastructure. This supports a holistic approach in accounting curriculum development that focuses not only on content but also on delivery methods and learning environments.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Sedana Wibawa, Ni Putu Rita Sintadevi, Made Ayu Jayanti Prita Utami , Upayana Wiguna Eka Saputra https://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/PE/article/view/3222Analysis of Factors Affecting the Risk of Business Failure of Food Sector SMEs in Binjai City2024-08-17T02:06:49+00:00Mhd Restu Razaqmresturazaq@gmail.comRobinrobinzheng84@gmail.comAdi Hariantohariantoadi668@gmail.comMuhammad Fathonimhd.fathoni@gmail.comNasibnasib@itnb.ac.id
This study aims to determine the factors that influence the risk of business failure for food sector SMEs in Binjai City. We analyzed the collected data using multiple linear regression to examine the relationship between the independent variables (burnout and non-physical work environment) and the dependent variable (employee performance). The results showed that burnout has a significant negative impact on employee performance. Employees who experience high levels of burnout tend to show decreased productivity, a lack of motivation, and lower engagement in their work tasks. In contrast, a conducive non-physical work environment, such as strong social support, flexibility, and a comfortable working atmosphere, contributes positively to improving employee performance. A positive non-physical work environment can create conditions that allow employees to work more effectively, increase job satisfaction, and motivate them to achieve better results. Based on these findings, this study suggests that company management focus on efforts to reduce burnout, such as employee welfare programs, stress management, and workload adjustments. Furthermore, we highly recommend enhancing the non-physical work environment by implementing policies that promote work-life balance and foster positive interactions among coworkers. Thus, companies can improve overall employee performance, which in turn will have a positive impact on the company's productivity and sustainability. This study provides important insights for human resource management in organizations to create a healthier and more productive work environment.
2024-09-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Elyzabeth Wijaya
