Abstract

ABSTRACT


Employees are one of the most important parts that exist in UD. Indah Photos, therefore they certainly have the right to get wages as a result of performance for trading business trading / companies in producing goods for customers or even bonuses as a result of good performance to the business trading / company with the purpose of motivating employees. In the process, the wages provided are still conventionally calculated by using bookkeeping and enough difficulties in determining bonuses for employees. The method in collecting data in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaire, and literature. The method in the decision support system uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to display employee performance results for determining bonuses given. The system developed includes employee data, salary calculation data, employee criteria assessment data, and the results of salary calculation reports and the results of employee criteria assessment with the aim of facilitating the trading business / company in managing payroll and bonus determination. So as to produce data or information in the payroll process, help process employee wage data and show employee perfomance to build employee trust in existing business processes.
