https://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/aksel/article/view/4802

This study aims to analyze the effect of commission on freelance marketing performance and to design an information system for commission calculation in a property brokerage company. The study applies a quantitative-applied approach using multiple linear regression. The independent variables include commission, leadership style, work environment, and teamwork, while the dependent variable is freelance marketing performance. Data were collected through Likert-scale questionnaires, observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The regression model produced an R Square of 0.506 and an Adjusted R Square of 0.111. The ANOVA significance value was 0.388, indicating that the simultaneous effect of the independent variables was not significant at the 0.05 level. However, commission and teamwork showed positive directions of influence on performance. The system design includes login, agent master data, property master data, sales transactions, rental transactions, commission calculation, commission slips, and commission reporting. The findings indicate that commission management should not rely only on nominal incentives, but also on transparent formulas, timely payment, and documented information-system support.
Ardie Halim Wijaya, Wiyono Hermanto, Amin Suyitno, Ando Ando

https://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/aksel/article/view/4803

This study aims to design a decision support system for determining employee status using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main problem addressed is the employee evaluation process that remains manual, weakly documented, and potentially subjective when several assessment criteria have different levels of importance. This study employed a Research and Development approach consisting of problem identification, data collection, criteria determination, AHP weighting, system design, and result evaluation. The assessment criteria included discipline, work quality, responsibility, loyalty, productivity, and teamwork. The results showed that discipline obtained the highest weight of 0.302, followed by work quality at 0.223 and responsibility at 0.167. The Consistency Ratio value of 0.035 indicated that the pairwise comparison matrix met the consistency threshold. The assessment results produced two employees recommended for permanent status and three employees recommended for contract extension. The proposed system can assist management in accelerating score recapitulation, reducing calculation errors, and producing more transparent decisions.

Keywords: decision support system, employee status, AHP, performance appraisal, human resources.
Riki -

This study aims to develop a decision support system for recruitment assessment and employee management using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main problem addressed is that recruitment is often conducted manually, is not fully integrated, and does not apply explicit criterion weighting. The study used a Research and Development approach with a prototyping model. The data consisted of applicant profiles, educational background, work experience, psychometric scores, logical reasoning scores, competency scores, criterion weights, and decision recommendations. AHP was applied to determine criterion priorities through pairwise comparisons, while system feasibility was evaluated using black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing. The results show that the weights for psychometric assessment, logical reasoning, and competency were 0.20, 0.30, and 0.50, respectively. Based on the sample dataset, candidate K004 achieved the highest final score of 4.70 and ranked first. All black-box testing scenarios were valid, and the average user acceptance score reached 82.2%. Therefore, the proposed system can help human resource departments accelerate data recapitulation, improve data organization, and generate more objective and traceable recruitment recommendations
Alexius Hendra Gunawan, Ardianne Rossi Kurniawan Maranto, Yakub Yakub, Irvan Rahul Mahardika

https://jurnal.buddhidharma.ac.id/index.php/aksel/article/view/4801

This study aims to design a computer-based export and Import Facility for Export Purposes (KITE) information system for a textile company. The main problems include decentralized export records, slow shipment data retrieval, manually prepared monthly reports, and non-automated KITE refund calculations. This study applies a Research and Development approach through problem identification, current-system analysis, requirement analysis, process design, database design, interface design, functional testing, and user evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results show that the proposed system integrates master data, export transactions, KITE calculation, reporting, and user-management modules. Black-box testing indicates that all main functions are valid, while user evaluation shows a high acceptance level, particularly for accelerating reporting, reducing input errors, and supporting KITE refund calculation. The proposed system can serve as a foundation for operational application development to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and traceability of export documentation.
Andri Wijaya, Abidin Abidin, Michael Putra Kusnadi
