Pengelolaan knowledge menjadi salah satu metode peningkatan produktifitas bagi lembaga pendidikan. industri. Lembaga pendidikan menyadari bahwa knowledge adalah sumber daya strategis yang dapat menopang keunggulan daya saing. Lembaga pendidikan tinggi berusaha untuk mengelola knowledge lebih sistematis dan berjalan lebih efektif. Pendekatan knowledge management menjamin alokasi sumber daya menjadi lebih efektif.
