DECISION SUPPORT SYSTEM PENENTUAN STATUS KARYAWAN BERBASIS ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS
Abstract
This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to assist employee status determination in a more objective, transparent, and documented manner. The problem addressed is the persistence of manual and subjective assessment practices without explicit criterion weights. The study applies a research and development approach and uses the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine criterion priorities. The criteria include performance, discipline, responsibility, attendance, loyalty, and competence. The results show that performance obtains the highest priority weight of 0.3319, followed by discipline and responsibility, each with 0.1946. The consistency ratio of 0.0072 indicates that the pairwise comparison matrix is consistent. Using a simulated dataset of 10 employees, the system recommends four employees as permanent, three for contract extension, one for further evaluation, and two for discontinuation. Manual-system validation produces a difference of 0.0000, while user feasibility testing reaches an average score of 4.64, categorized as very good. The proposed DSS can support more accountable human resource decisions.
