Abstract

This study aims to develop a decision support system for recruitment assessment and employee management using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The main problem addressed is that recruitment is often conducted manually, is not fully integrated, and does not apply explicit criterion weighting. The study used a Research and Development approach with a prototyping model. The data consisted of applicant profiles, educational background, work experience, psychometric scores, logical reasoning scores, competency scores, criterion weights, and decision recommendations. AHP was applied to determine criterion priorities through pairwise comparisons, while system feasibility was evaluated using black-box testing and User Acceptance Testing. The results show that the weights for psychometric assessment, logical reasoning, and competency were 0.20, 0.30, and 0.50, respectively. Based on the sample dataset, candidate K004 achieved the highest final score of 4.70 and ranked first. All black-box testing scenarios were valid, and the average user acceptance score reached 82.2%. Therefore, the proposed system can help human resource departments accelerate data recapitulation, improve data organization, and generate more objective and traceable recruitment recommendations
