Peningkatan ekonomi kerakyatan atau pengembangan UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah UMKM) Ikatan Keluarga Gunung Kidul Kapanewon Girisubo Kabupaten melalui kegiatan market place dan turnamen olah raga. Pengembangan UMKM menjadi sangat strategis untuk menggerakkan ekonomi kerakyatan, kegiatan usahanya mencakup hampir semua bidang usaha sehingga kontribusi UMKM menjadi sangat besar bagi pendapatan kelompok Masyarakat atau perantau berpenghasilan rendah.
