Abstract
Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh masih terdapat nilai hasil belajar siswa SMA yang belum sesuai harapan. Siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah tentunya mengharapkan hasil pembelajaran yang maksimal sehingga disiplin belajar dan komunikasi interpersonal harus di perhatikan dalam menentukan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh yang signifikan antara disiplin belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA yang beryayasan Buddha di Sumatera Utara. (2) untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh yang signifikan komunikasi interpersonal terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA yang beryayasan Buddha di Sumatera Utara. (3) untuk mengetahui sebarapa besar adanya yang signifikan bersama-sama disiplin belajar dan komunikasi interpersona terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMA yang beryayasan Buddha di Sumatera Utara.
