Peer Review Process
Manuscript Evaluation and Review Process of RUBINSTEIN

All manuscripts submitted to the RUBINSTEIN journal are first read and evaluated by the editorial staff. Manuscripts that do not comply with the journal’s criteria, scope, or standards may be rejected immediately without undergoing external review. Manuscripts considered to have potential academic contribution and relevance for readers will be sent to reviewers to undergo the peer review process.

Evaluation and Review Process
1. Author Submits the Manuscript

Authors submit their manuscripts through the journal system in accordance with the applicable author guidelines and editorial requirements.

2. Initial Evaluation by the Editor

The editor conducts an initial assessment of the manuscript’s topic suitability, completeness, originality, house style, and relevance to the journal’s focus and scope. Some manuscripts may be rejected or returned before the review process if they do not meet the journal’s criteria.

3. Double Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that pass the initial evaluation are sent to reviewers to obtain objective academic, methodological, and substantive feedback. This process aims to ensure the scientific quality of the manuscript and its compliance with the journal’s publication standards.

4. Editor’s Decision

The editor makes a decision based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the substantive quality of the manuscript, its relevance to the journal’s scope, and its compliance with academic standards and publication ethics.
